by using what did i actually ship ("the service"), you agree to these terms. the service is provided by erii studio ("we", "us"). if you don't agree, don't use it.
you sign in with GitHub OAuth. you're responsible for your account. we can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
the service reads your public commit messages and generates social media posts using AI. the free plan gives you 10 posts per month. the pro plan ($6/month) gives you 10 posts per day plus additional features.
posts generated by the service are yours. you can use them however you want. we don't claim ownership of generated content. however, AI-generated content may not be perfect — you're responsible for reviewing posts before publishing them.
pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Dodo Payments. you can cancel anytime from the settings page. cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. no refunds for partial months.
the service is provided "as is". we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of generated content, or that the service will meet your specific needs. we're not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
we may update these terms. continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. if we make major changes, we'll notify you via the app.
